Just because the pump and injectors were rebuilt doens't men something didn't slip through, or not get repaired correctly.

Also, the 4010 pumps differed in timing procedure of the originals vs. updated units. The pro that rebuilt it should be able to tell you what to set the timing to.

Also, if the governor ring was changed to get rid of the plastic damper ring, the new one had to be marked with a timing mark at the pump shop.

There's a chance of error there, as well.
