What does the manufacture recomend in the repair manual ,if there is no recomened then light coating of oil . Making sure not to over lubercaite . The biggest problem with to much oil you, have the same problem as anti-seize also if to much you oil on a bolt hole that drilled with no exit or almost bottoms out,the oil will form prssure and give you false reading or strip out maybe worse brake it off in the block .Which when someone brings an engine with broke off or stripped out threads 90%of the time oil bet the end of the bolt and the bottom of the hole.
