Whew.. the guy is lucky to still be alive... even with ROPS. A tree that size could crush that structure easily if it hit the 'wrong' way... he was lucky. I think I read somehwere that a certified ROPS on heavy equipment needs to withstand the equivalent of dropping the machine upside down from 12 feet onto concrete.. or some such... -- bbott
