Hard to beleive any amount of ROP would stop that.
we had a small time logger killed by a 6" limb that fell on his unprotected tractor last year. freek thing, he had not distrubed the tree it fell from, seem wrong place, wrong time.

just heard a story from my neighbor today. his son rented a backhoe, had a limb fall out of a tree he bumped, did $1200 damage. since the backhoe had ROP/cab he's around to pay for the damage.
