Dean: follow up from the wood gathering post. We are quite lucky around me Fish Game, forestry and state troopers will deal with trespass. Sheriffs not so much. Big thing is it has to be posted or not a lot they can do. There are varying degrees of trespass like if you have a court order for them to stay out and they don't its elevated to a more serious class than just a simple misdemeanor. Yes there are "peace bonds " and restraining orders you can get if its a constant issue. The ones I like are "a non waverable offence" and the guy has to appear before the judge. cannot just pay small fine, like parking ticket. Example of this is timber trespass.
