Bobroberts58 and Grandpa, your tractor is not flooded unless the spark plugs are dripping gasoline. It is perfectly normal for any motor with an updraft carb that does not start after 4-6 rotations, to have gasoline run out of the carb intake as soon as the start button is released. This is because the raw gas that is drawn up out of the float bowl by the suction and is in the manifold is going to be brought right back down by gravity as soon as the suction ends. This is a very common misconception. it is posted about here probably every three weeks.
