Like the car and truck makers, the tractor makers prey on dummies who take out loans they can't afford on equipment that barely lasts as long as the length of the loan. Which means you end up working for them, for free. Sorry pal, I'll take any old junk tractor over any fancy new one, any day. In fact, you can buy 5-6 old tractors for the price of a new one. And most of the old ones will still be running 30 years from now while that fancy new one will be nothing but a bad memory.
