John, I think you might be getting the cart in front of the horse. Get a place to park tractor out of the elements and get a trailer to transport tractor before you buy one.
A shipping container might be large enough to park tractor inside.
If you don't have a use for a tractor, you may want to think again. Just collecting tractors and letting them sit around isn't a good idea. They will rust out faster than they will wear out. Look inside the gas tank of many old tractor and you'll see what I'm talking, rust. Cylinder walls, carbs, starters, generators will rust too.
