If you buy it you could possibly make extra payments to cut your pay off time considerably. Land is usually a once in the lifetime chance to buy. With that being said I m not so sure it is a good plan at this time. Land around me in MI has not changed a whole lot up or down. Some is being bought and none is really seeing the realtor to get sold. I think I would set this one out for closer dirt or cheaper price. You might get to buy it in a couple of years for less after the guy that buys it goes broke.
