I "cut" my teeth so to speak on a Farmall Super C which I still have, I can't give an accurate amount of firewood, vehicle's pulled, other tractor's pulled, or anything else it has pulled over the years, I also have an allis chalmer's "B" machine which when I can keep the magneto set will do a good job of pulling, I am in the process of rebuilding a Ferguson TO-30 which has a 3 pt. hitch. In the near future I will be starting a complete restoration on a Centaur KV which according to the former owner will out pull anything around. The one benefit of a narrow front end on a machine is that it will turn much quicker and easier than a wide front end, the benefit of a wide front end is that it is less like likely to roll over on a side hill or a steep edge. The benefit of a crawler is it will almost never get stuck, but they require extensive upgrading nearly every year. My cousin will tell you, that if a machine is less than "60%" undercarriage it is not worth repairing. Good luck
