Wain Roy Backhoe - how old is serial # 133?

My 82 year old father recently restored a John Deere tractor, and now is curious about the age of the Wain Roy backhoe he's owned for about 30 years and still frequently uses for his ranch projects. It's a Model WR140F, Serial #133.

Does anyone know how to find out when it was built?
