The camera has lost a fair amount of effectiveness in dealing with offenders. The lawyers want clear cut ID which can be hard to do if the guilty party is facing away or wearing layered clothing. Disputes have come up in terms of stated location of camera versus actual location. I'm lucky that our sheriff dept co-ops with the state police so a call is answered within 10-15 minutes typically. The lawman catches them with property line markers present eliminates the dispute of when and where an incident has taken place.
