Heard at a seminar if you are farming only 1200 acres you better have a real job besides these days. Can�t argue with that, tho I�m a lot smaller and don�t have a real job.
Neighbor buys some grain and bedding from me, he raises a few heritage hogs on 5 acres. He always jokes about him farming. I say you do, you are raising food, you are a farmer just as much as me.
