I would have to say maybe. The collector market is fickle. It changes all of the time. JD 5020s where not valuable until about 10 years ago or so. Guys in their 50s that dreamed of these "Muscle" tractors like the JD 5020, IH 1206, AC D-21, where at the point in their lives they had the money and desire to collect these tractors. Look at how the "muscle cars of the late 1960s are selling right now. So when the income swings back they will gain value but I really think they will not reach the crazy high values they have had.
I will say this is similar to how the JD 80s, 820s and 830 tractors shot up in value twenty years ago. Then they peaked and now are falling in value. The JD 70 diesel tractor did the same thing. In the 1990s every collector wanted a JD 70,720, or 730. Then they found out that you had to have a heavy duty trailer and truck to move them or go to shows with them. So there value has gone down while the smaller tractors like the JD M and JD 40 have held there value better.

You got to understand that while my Mom is a hard worker who will always help whenever she can... she had never operated farm machinery before that day. Dad got her out there, explained how the clutch was the same as in our o
