I had to take two bills with my address. My pink card only has address. I needed proof of SS#. Hard to get pay stubs when I've been retired for 15 years. No pay stubs with SS, direct deposited. Same with pension, direct deposit. I had to dig out last years taxes. Only document with SS was from SS. All the rest has some ID # or last 4 of SS.

Found out all states are required to do this by 2020 and 12 states haven't begun. Sounds like the nearest thing to a Federal license. Feds will have photo ID to go along with SS# and proof who you are. Think this may help stop ID theft?
