All the tankless point of use heaters I have seen require a 30 amp dedicated circuit. It's not a big deal to run a 30a circuit, if you have the available power in the building.
There are small undersink tank type that can plug into a standard 20a outlet. If all you will be doing is hand washing, that would be sufficient.
