Had a great weekend! Sunday was our big gathering at the castle. Had about 12 or 14 people over. Didn't get many pics, I was too busy cooking. Lol.
Saturday I worked on the royal carriages, put new u-joints in the stuff getter, new brakes and thermostat in the work getter, and the queen was complaining about her car shaking. I cleaned this pile of dirt out of the wheels.
Hard to imagine how that much dirt got in the wheels, dirt roads suck.
Today I worked on the quanset shed, made a new door for the south side.
I even repurposed a screen from the old windows in the house to close off the window up top, hopefully it will hold up to keep the pigeons out.
Had to replace the track for the north doors, it blew off and a piece got lost. Thought I would find it as I cleaned up the yard, but it was nowhere to be found. My friend Jeff had some on his shed that had no doors so he said I could have it.
Even got some help from the queen to operate the tractor and give me rides in the loader. She is a good helper.
That shed is going to need more work as the tin is letting loose and needs to be rescrewed. Guess the work won't end any time soon for me.

She smoked terribly and never had much power but he couldn't afford another so he was limping along with what he had. Jon's Allis has a small front loader and though it doesn't carry much, it serves his needs. It was the hard starting and low power that made him think it was time to replace the old girl. Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
