i should say that if ignorance was bliss, Mr. SSteacherme is one happy man. Do you not understand that regulation, or the lack thereof, had nothing to do with this? We are all saddened, but how much sleep do you loose when an "unregulated" (or under regulated) driver of a car or truck wipes out a busload of kids or a family of six? do you, in your vast amount of worldly experience call for an end to highway transportation? Do you demand an end to airshows or nascar(both of which have killed and maimed more spectators in the last decade than attend alot of steam shows). Me, I am a lisenced steam engineer that runs lisenced steam traction engines that has been around enough in the world to know that accidents happen in this life, and sometimes the only thing that truly protects is God himself.
