Great questions Bob, I was wondering the same thing. Looks like a filler plug on the very top of the tranny right next to the right hand brake lever. By the way I was able to free up the valves and she runs like a top. It seems to run best with the spark advance lever straight up. It slows down when I retard the spark but it won't shut down. I have to stall it out or choke it out. Is there something I can do about this? By the way, the heavy oil in the fan pulley took care of the noisy fan. You guys have been a great help to me.
