For high compression pulling tractor engines avaiation fuel is often better than car fuel EG; CamII.
Combustion flame speed/characteristics in a aircooled radial or a longstroke thermo-siphon cooled Deere is different than a 7000rpm oversquare small block Ford or Chev.
