I think you will find quite a bit in the archives on this subject. I agree that if your tractor doesn't see a lot of hard use, plain unleaded should be OK. I like to put a little 2-cycle oil in my old John Deeres, some guys use top oil, some use auto trans fluid. It's your choice.
