The charger is a Parmak solar charger which seems to be in good shape other than needing a new battery. The fence would need to be 100 to 150 yards long, and would only protect one side of the lot. The other sides have good fence (barb wire on T posts) around them. The fence protects the hay bales from beef cattle which include a bull, cows, and calves.
