I think hobbyists have shown great responsibility!!most engineers have been running there engines for 20,40+years they know there equiptment.look how many engines blew up in the "old days"compared in the last 30 years or so,,, BIG difference!the last thing we need is more goverment regulations!!Ithink annual inspection is definetely needed but lets not go overboard,the LAST thing we need is yuppies,and bored senators wives nosing around making up more laws!!
