The gentleman selling the tractor too me is my wife's grandfather who just has a stroke and decided he is selling his farm. It was rebuilt by the most reputible shop in about a 100 mile radius. The reason it was rebuilt was because a cylinder lost pressure, causing the tractor to shake, or so he was told. I believe the rebuild involved more than a set of rings, but that is a good point, and I will have to ask more questions about that
