I have seen this happen before. Take the duals off or add a pair, add or subtract the weights on the front, then change the style of the exhaust pipe. That tractor could be a dozen miles up the road and no one would suspect a thing. A guy would have to be right up close to it to see any personal changes over a stock tractor. Story was a guy up on the county line bought a hot Allis tractor years ago. You never saw this thing parked in the yard. Either it was out in a field or in a tool shed. If you did see it, it was at a distance from a gravel road. Story might not be true , but sure looked fishy. This does make you realize how easy a tractor can be blended into farmers herd and never stick out. How many 1086s are out there? Nothing special to see one show up in a guys yard. Al
