Fatal Distraction?, ...In Ohio, cellphones are considered a distraction to drivers( new law) what about the local police unhappy with you and about to ticket you? What are the real facts about the wheels ?rubber bolted to them or asphalt ripping cleats? who would take a machine to the fair leaving rumble strips all the way? Sure the road was warm in the sun , and soft. Ever seen what the new rubber tracked Cat tractors do to the road? When someone is unhappy with me ,I'm distracted. Somebody on a city council sat up there and made up a new rule for the police to enforce.
