Find out the facts before you speak. The steam engine did not damage the roads, it had rubber tread on the steel wheels. If it had steel cleats then sure give the guys a ticket once it's in safe state & bill them for some ashphalt.
Officer Rossco Peaco was too interested in being officious rather than the facts.
