Thank you very much. The tapered rear of the gas tank made me think it was an Allis Chalmer at first. It has some sort of hydraulics and one rear tire is cracked thru, the rest look very iffy to hold air as well. And as you can see the sterring wheel is rusted away.. given all this what, if any, should I offer for it?
