In Dove Creek, Colorado there was an oil extraction plant built. When I think three varieties of sunflowers were approved farmers were told whatever they grew would be purchased . They even had silos for seed. They were going to provide cooking oil until profiable then provide oil for biodiesel. Operation went bust and farmers were hung out with a promised purchase. Now with hemp a possible alternative I wish them the best. Let�s get past the stigma and move on.
