MF135 Hydraulic question

I want to add a double acting hydraulic cylinder to convert the drop bucket on my 1965 MF135 loader. The loader's 2 single acting cylinders are connected to the pressure port under the seat and are raised by the tractor's lift controls. I can see that the valve on the pressure port has an outlet that is capped which I suspect would be the return port when the tractor is in the "constant pumping" mode - which would allow me to add the cylinder. Before I go and start this project, can someone confirm that this capped port is in fact the return port for constant pumping mode?
