I'm surprised that no one has mentioned four of the most recognizable lines from cinema history, three from Casablanca and one from Gone With The Wind: Play it, Sam; Here's lookin' at you, kid; and We'll always have Paris from Casablanca and the earth shaking line from Clark Gable in Gone With The Wind, Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.
That said, I guess that those lines should be classified as most recognizable rather than favorite as solicited by the OP. I digress.
Here is one of my most favorite lines from near the end of my most favorite movie, American Graffiti.
