I'd snap it up, before someone else does, if it was my family's tractor. Don't know your mechanical abilities, but if you are able, it should be restored. You'll probably end up with more money into it, than you could sell it for, but that's the nature of the hobby. Just depends on how much sentimental value it has to you. I've restored much worse looking tractors, than that.
