Not that it would matter to anyone but me, proud to say I finally managed to get my 1 acre sunflower patch plowed. We went from summer to a wet winter and was afraid this clay would never dry out enough to be able to get on it before the real winter set in. Lucky we missed a couple rain/snow predictions and had a 70 deg day on Saturday. Done deal, now just wait for spring, disk and plant.
I messed up last time I plowed it by running a tiller over it. At the time I didn't have a disk and thought the tiller would break it up and level it out. The tiller worked but it also churned up the weed seeds and I had a mess when they started sprouting.
Anyway done deal and I'm happy I was able to geterdone.
