If a store owner ordered 100 shovels and had to sell them at a loss,he wouldn't then the next year order 200 shovels and figure he was going to make money off them.But if he operated under Farm Economics then he'd want the Gov't to come in and subsidize each shovel sale so he could go buy 300 shovels to sell the next year.
