These are very good engines.
I have two. I change the stock jet to one size bigger. Put an aftermarket K&N style air filter. Straight pipe and less restrictive muffler. Remove the throttle stop.
These are on an adult size minnie bikes. Way snappier and faster. Can't bust them. That's my experience.
