We get that call a couple of times a month. It started out as fun a couple of years ago, me BSing the guy until he twigged. Then I started to ask "How do you know I have a problem", slowed things down a bit. I then went to "I don't have a computer" - nothing for 6 months. Now ANYTHING that starts as a recorded message = instant hang up. The bride inquired the other day if I'd had a message from her dentist - didn't know due to the recorded message thing. I told her to call them and insist that they use e-mail or a human. Getting grumpy in my formative years.
