When you say weak on power, do you mean while driving home, while in 5th gear? Did you have to climb any hills? Those old birds have a really high road gear, and with that loader stuck out front, climbing any hill would draw down hard on your engine rpm. I would test the tractor out with some low gear jobs now that you have it home, before I�d go tinkering with things too much. I had a M , early model, around 36 hp. Go like a scared cat down the road empty, but a gutless wonder with any kind of load in high gear.
