I agree to an extent. In areas where the vote determines spending your money, like local school budgets that are financed almost entirely by local property taxes, I agree 100%. In other areas all citizens over 21 should have the right to vote. Not 16 year olds, not illegals, not felons, not people from outside the district. Just legal citizens from that area that are legally qualified to vote.
