Hi my name is Don. Lucky for you I work at Melroe
in Bismarck ND. At the Bismarck plant we build all
the mini exavators and 1 skidsteer loader, the big
963. As far as I can tell you is that the machines
are made to run any speed, but keep in mind your best
performance will be wide open throttle. The motor
and the pumps are fine at any rpm, but the machine
may be a little jumpy at lower rpms then at wide open
throttle. Also with any piece of equipment that is
hydrostaticly drive, clean fluids are important along
with changing the filters on time.If there is anything
else let me know I will try to help.: Anyone out there have much experience with Bobcat Skidsteers? My Foreman says you MUST operate them with motor at FULL throttle
: or you will score the pumps. I've have other fellows say this is NOT true, the only way you can score the pumps is to run them low on oil...
: Ours at the shop can be touchy at times and not responsive and jerky at others. Oil level last time I checked is good. Is this just the nature of this machine???
