Well sure Al, I guess if they are doing something that is threatening lives, etc. Maybe even if they are damaging property too, not sure how far you would want to take this. And of course if you feel up to the challenge of doing that, remember that you could be putting yourself in danger and maybe others too. And I suspect it could be for anyone right? Illegal immigrants or even somebody who lived down the street. But I don't think it's an obligation on your part by any means. A lot of people have taken part in some vigilante justice and regretted it later so a person has to proceed with care.
