If I remember correctly that guy started hanging around strip clubs which are loaded with unsavory types. Just gave money to family without stipulations. You have to completely change your thinking if that is how your life ran to that point. Stay away from the bars and strip clubs. Don't pretend that family is not vulnerable to temptation and put any money for the weak willed into trust. My one BIL would definitely require a bunch of stipulations for any money he got. Forfeiture of all money if picked up for DWI, drug possession, a certain amount of money doled out on a monthly basis, etc.. Don't play around.
