Always a shame when those things happen. Usually no accident...head was not shut off, blocks not used under a heavy load, every year the beat harvest claims some lives in Hector-Redwood area. Truck drivers trying to get as many loads in as possible during their designated 12 hour shift. Had a similar thing here this year- semi driver used a 2 ton jack to take a wheel off- unsupported, truck shifted and fell on him, killing him. Just don"t understand it...all preventable.
