We do that too. My brother made a cider press last year. His has 2 "buckets", so we can be filling one while the other is being pressed. We buy one of those big crates of mixed 2nd apples from a local orchard. Filled a chest freezer with plastic jugs. Our families get together and set up an assembly line, then have supper. This is making my mouth water. I need to set out another jug to thaw.....
