I admire your willingness to learn your product. Not knowing product never seemed to deter car dealers from hiring sales people ! lol. Back around 2007 ? went to test drive a Toyota RAV4. Had most of the family and wanted to see if they fit in it. Back seat needed the middle seat belt strap hooked up. Had 2 or 3 of their "highly trained" salespeople trying to figure it out. Then my maybe 12 year old Daughter SHOWED them how to do it ! still lol.
