Get the taper lock hub for the pto shaft.
Then get the pulley you think you need to go with the hub.
That way if you need or want to change to a different size pulley or put a chain sprocket on it you can.
If you do the weld-a-hub to sprocket, your stuck with that assembly and have to create an entire new assembly in order togo with a different pulley or sprocket.
