Why are you collecting them? To enjoy, or as an investment for your estate sale which may or may not bring a lot of money for someone else to invest or squander? Unless you are buying and selling to make a profit do whatever you want and enjoy them. Also, if they are being preserved for future value they should be stored away from light, dust, and temperature variations, and what fun are they if you never see them? My opinion.
