Cant see the problem with a emergency notice test,? I think it's the same thing we had for years, people were glued to there TV or radio, you would get that buzzer annnnt annnnnt this is a test of the emergency broadcast system!! Ect, it would interrupt right in the middle of a TV program. Well now every one is glued to there phones, so that's were they send the emergency alert. And yes, smart phones are computers as quoted "'Steve Jobs gave us the ability to carry a computer in our pocket" !!! Ps, I was picking apples at 2:18, when the message came threw, I saw it on my phone at 3 when I went to the car to leave, as I left my phone in the car. No bother, message went right away,
