Had similar issue on my Kubota RTV 900. Found the diesel fuel tank had expanded over the years and the fuel cap was not sealing correctly. Allowed enough dirt to get in that it clogged the fuel system. Shop had to take the entire fuel system apart clean it all out and replace the tank and cap. No more problems.
Not saying this is what you problem is but something to check on.
