Are you talking about the cam follower bearing? Is it a regular pickup or a super sweep? If it is the cam follower bearing you only replace them on the outside end. So you will need 4 for a regular pickup or 6 for a supersweep. Part # is 40714 cam follower bearing same for both pickups. I bought 6 for my NH276 from Shoup last month.
Be very careful when installing thru the little hole in the side. DO NOT hold the nut near to the bearing while you tighten the outside nut. Hold the bearing in place with a big screw driver into the slot on the outside of the bearing. If you hold the nut on the bearing you will break the pinning and the bearing will fail. Voice of experience here.
