A concrete plant here in our little town ordered one just like that. They mounted a heavy fork lift on the back, installed a hydraulic pump onto the crankshaft along with a valve with power up and gravity down, and moved forms of poured cement into the drying rooms. It worked very well until the front axle broke. At that time they mounted an axle from an older one-ton truck and continued to overload it day after day.
